Dr. Sasha Hamdani:

“I wrote the book that I wish I had in medical school. I believe it could have helped me feel less frustrated, more organized, and less sensitive to rejection while progressing through my training. I wrote the book in a way that’s stigma- and shame-free and explains the neurobiology of ADHD in a judgment-free way. That’s how I would have wanted to be talked to at that time in my life when dealing with my ADHD.”
